Hello, I bought your product air conditioner CH-S12FTXLA2NG, the complaint would be as follows: When installed in the quietest mode, the indoor unit emits a noise level of 52 db, is this normal? But the book indicates its maximum sound level from 25 to 42 db, and it emits 52 db in the quietest mode...

I am a single guy who sits behind a desk all day for work, and I was able to follow these instructions and replace my whining motor. The hardest part was getting the motor assembly to sit back down into its place so that I could screw the three screws back in. That took some finessing and a lot of wiggling. I also had to disconnect the electrical in order to pull out the electrical box. I just took a picture of the wiring and did it in reverse when reassembling. Over all, if you are wondering if you can do this, I would say if you feel moderately comfortable with your technical abilities, you can handle it. Really appreciate the repair videos from the manufacturer.

If I chose to do constant draining (I live in humid Florida super humid) can I use the higher / upper drain when using A/C? I won't be using the dehumidifier or heating.

My wired thermostat plug does not match the plug on the side of the indoor unit. I have the Cooper and Hunter 18k BTU floor/ceiling unit and the plug for the thermostat does not match the plug on the unit. Do I have to cut the plug and splice the wires? Or do I connect to the 3 wire terminal marked 1, 2N, Ground?

We have the Sophia Model with the 18 and 12 btu heads. This is not in line with the 18 btu head. How the HELL do we get the weaver out of this unit to clean it?

You! Yes you! Really need to redo your video, no, really, do it and do it now! Take a snap shot of the icons, show those icons when you talk about them. Slow down it's okay to go slow so we the consumer can follow the steps. You can do it I have faith in you. If I could figure out how to use the remote, I'd make a video. So it now your customers will thank you.

Does it need to be drained in Cooling mode? Or is it like the CH-PDH14AC3 that doesn't need drained?

I put up the bar for a 100 pound 24000 BTU, I made sure I found wood to screw into, mounting like this would hold 100 pounds, those gromets will pull out.

I have five of these new thermostats, controlling five slim ducts located in the attic and garage (my home is ducted). The user interface on the C&H is far more complicated than my previous Nest thermostats, but they get the job done. The problem I have is with the C&H iOS app. It displays the temperature in the attic and garage, not the temperature in the room. So during colder weather, while the room itself is, say, 68 degrees, the app shows 48-52, which is the temperature measured by the remote slimduct sensor. I wish that C&H would fix this problem with their app.

I bought this brand new and it shut off in 10 minutes with a E1 OC code. No local office. This a waste of a lot of money
